Little did I know that every time I want to adjust my monitor I have to use one or more of the Allen keys that come with it. I bought this arm to easily transition from sitting to standing, so obviously it doesn't fit that need when I have to adjust with an Allen key every time I stand or sit! I am not happy. Too bad I didn't know about this before spending an hour building it as it would have been very difficult to take it apart and send it back at that point. Also, I have a 27 inch monitor and after installing the monitor it is too heavy. Raise your arm up and down. So I paid $40 for a fixed clamp monitor stand? I see no value in it.
