My experience with Hiseeu cameras was just bad. I bought one of their PTZ cameras which was supposed to be 2k with 8x optical zoom, but the 8x zoom broke (mechanically) within a day. I sent this camera back. Then I ordered their PTZ camera which was advertised as 5x zoom and 2k. I received the camera in a brown box without any accessories, ie power supply, cable, instructions for screwing, everything is missing and on top of that used! How do I know it has been used? The default password was wrong, the camera had to be reset to install it on my system. After installing it I found that it was only a 4x zoom and only worked in SD unless you switched it to HD while watching which means it couldn't be set to HD permanently. I contacted Hiseeu via the email attached to the first camera, the response was that it was not possible to permanently install the camera in HD, "their engineers are working on it". The zoom question was not answered. The Revain got it right money-wise, but getting the time to get it installed and running back to Kohls and the hassle that came with it was on my side. I do not recommend buying from Hiseeu.
