UPDATE: Very happy with this cover for our large scooter. It has held up well this winter in nasty cold weather and strong wind gusts of 30-50mph. So I bought a second cover to use on our patio furniture during a downpour and again next winter for snow and wind. The cover is good quality and I think if it helped my scooter last winter it will help my new stackable patio furniture too. And the price is right! So far it has held up well even in strong winds. I attached two buckles, one in the front and one in the back, and threaded them through each wheel before attaching them and it holds the case up much better than I expected. It pops a little but not enough to rip it off. The 150cc scooter is parked in the shed as you can see in the picture so I expect it's better protected from the rain than before. I was concerned the cover would be too long as the scooter is smaller than many bikes, but it actually fits perfectly.
