So after a few days of looking for a Milestone Blanket for my daughter, I settled on this one. Initially, along with the reviews, the price was good, but mainly because of the simplicity of the ceiling. I saw in many reviews that the parents added their own design to the blanket and really made it their own. I liked the idea of turning this into a monthly DIY milestone project. My daughter turned one month in March so I decided to choose a theme for St. Patty's Day. I love how it has turned out and am really looking forward to the coming months. The reason I give the duvet 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the quality. The material of this blanket is very thin (like translucent) and wrinkles very easily. I ironed it before use (having to go through many parts) but as soon as I put my daughter on and she moved it crumpled. Anyone who has had a child knows that you cannot control your movements and fidgeting is inevitable. Shit because I had to adjust it after each shot. I took a lot of photos but few of them work and one of the main reasons is because of the ceiling. I've added a photo showing my design along with the effects of the jiggling. I recommend making your own blanket for simplicity, just be mindful of thin material and be prepared to constantly adjust.
