Not cotton but... the best clothes
I thought it was cotton but it's 100% terylene (whatever it is lol). Some people have said it's like a shower curtain, I kind of saw it, but it's definitely more of a 'cloth' material. I think it's soft. I've seen some reviews that it smells bad, my groin is fine. I'm keeping it and wore it to church today. I love it. I would say buy!
