The quality of this belt is very good. I agree with other reviews that it looks like a large association. However, it still offers support. I see others complaining that it's itchy. I have to wear a full pregnancy compression stocking to keep my tummy covered. The belt doesn't touch my skin so that's not a problem for me. Just line it up as best you can so that the barbed part of the Velcro is covered. I would not recommend this belt if you need a lot of back support. I don't think it will help you much. Try to get a belt with cash items on your back. I have one but it really limits movement, especially when seated - very uncomfortable. I sleep in a belt with staves on my back and this helps a lot. I bought this harness because the baby seemed to be sitting on my bladder and was pushing hard. This caused severe pain in the bladder/cervical area. Very painful and uncomfortable. This belt didn't take away all the pain, but I wear it every day and it really makes a big difference. I can definitely tell when I'm not wearing it. Worth trying for the price! And it allows you to move and sit freely without having to readjust or take it off.
