I like that it gives me options to choose from when dealing with my network security needs, allowing for more flexibility in choosing what works best within our environment! It's not perfect but all systems have flaws so this isn't something you can complain about too much - unless of course there are problems as they arise which would be dealt immediately upon notification by support team.
We use sys peace primarily because we wanted some sort or control over who has access into certain areas/servernames etc., also allows us greater visibility than other products out their such as Cisco ASA & Palo Alto VNX-500 series switches (we used them previously).
