Perfect Super Thin Soft Socks

I am very satisfied with my socks. I was looking for thin cotton socks for a long time when I came across Falke. They're really out of my price range, but I was disappointed that I couldn't find anything that suited my needs. I love very thin, tight fitting socks that I wear around the house with my Giesswein clogs. My slippers fit my feet like gloves (on purpose) but I also like to have a sock on my feet when I take my slippers off to lie on the couch or bed. I don't like the feel of anything bulky, thick, or loose. I want to feel barefoot, but I do it anyway. It's not cotton, but the fabric is very soft and feels like cotton. I hate smooth synthetic fabrics that get sticky after a while if you get my meaning. I also like that they have a rounded edge. You don't go to bed, but without a tight bandage. I also tried Cotton Touch and Sensitive London. While they are good on their own, as mentioned above, for my specific purpose, they were too tight and almost felt like thick pantyhose. I was accidentally sent a donut wool blend that was supposed to be a keeper but they sent me the wrong size. It was beautiful fine wool. Another great feature of Falke is that the model's name is printed on the bottom of each sock. Such a simple but true genius detail especially since they have so many styles that look so close. This way you never guess which sock goes together. Will definitely be buying more Active Breeze and considering other styles in the future. They're expensive, but they match the quality and fit.

Pros
  • Comfortable mid-calf colored socks that go from ankle to mid-knee; Perfect match with many types of shoes, such as sneakers or trainers; with excellent shape and color retention even after repeated washing; these socks are washable at 40°C
