In the last 2 months I have purchased several nursing bras and two pieces of clothing from Kindred Bravely. Now my baby is 10 days old. I found it a bit pricey at first and only bought it because I wasn't sure what the products were. But the moment I put on the nursing bra, oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh companies. I bought a pack of two nursing bras at a promotional price and one of them is a bit small. So I contacted the company via Facebook and they explained to me that this could be because dying different colors causes the fabric to react differently. However, a few days later they sent me a new bra in the wrong color and one size bigger. Wow! They didn't even ask for my address because they could find it in their system. Then the nursing dress that I got after the birth. It has running thread on the bottom and has a small hole in it. I took a picture of him and messaged them again. I mean I could just sew a little bit and it wouldn't really make much of a difference. But I want them to know that this happened when I received the dress. They apologized again sincerely and mailed me a new dress. I think if all companies do their business the way they do, there is no reason not to be successful.
