Works well. You MUST use plastic inserts though. The set screws are poor quality and I broke two of them trying to fit them into the appropriately sized ones Pre-drilled holes to screw in. As a tip, drill 1/4" holes for the plastic inserts. From there, you can tap the inserts with a hammer to make them snug. There are no recommendations for operation or hole size. Only blurry images of the installation on the outside of the box. Otherwise it works pretty well, and there's even room for a plug if you decide to connect cameras.
