I really wanted to love this collar. It has everything I need for my Italian greyhound. She was soft, soft, durable, pointed and martingale so she couldn't slip out of her. So I measured her head and neck and then bought her one for Christmas. After her measurements I went to the size chart and ordered a size 12 inch. It came and was too big - when pulled her head could easily slip out! Luckily I bought it from Revain Prime and the return was free so I sent it back and ordered a size down. The new collar has arrived and I was very excited again - this one fits! But already on the first day of wearing, I noticed that the thread that attached the fur to the skin had weakened. Knowing the first one I bought didn't have any loose threads, I sent it back and tried a third time. So I ordered a third one the same 10 inch size as the second one which fit her just fine. Well this one came with no strands, was excellent quality, just like the first one I bought, unfortunately this one was too small. So I returned it and rejected it. I was tired of returning things and since the dimensions weren't consistent I didn't want to try and get them back again. I would say that all the collars were very high quality except the one that actually fit her and the only thing wrong with it was the loose rope.
