I like that it has been able to help us get our supply chain in order for all of our products, from fresh produce through meat production with great accuracy! They are always willing to work together as partners so we can solve any issues along the way. The software is very complicated but they have made things easier by creating templates or pre-built reports which helps speed up time spent reviewing data entry errors/issues etc. It would be nice if there was an option where you could see your current status instead of waiting until another report comes out next week (which happens often). We use this mostly during busy periods such as holidays when demand changes quickly - especially around Christmas and Easter. This gives me confidence knowing my team will continue delivering quality product at peak times without causing stockouts because orders aren't being met properly.
