So far I cannot give this product a good rating. After reading the instructions, I found that the piano is very difficult to operate. When you press certain "buttons" to activate the features as instructed in the instructions, nothing happens. Then suddenly songs (demo I guess) started playing. We didn't deserve the sounds of different instruments. Definitely not something for my young grandkids to work with until I figure it out and show them. I put it down and didn't pull it out again to give it another chance. It was 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed with the ease of use of this product.
