Review on Relaxzen Shiatsu Massage Cushion for Full Back and Neck - Enhance Your Relaxation Experience by Kristy Powers

Bought this for my grandfather for Christmas. He doesn't do much and spends most of his time in a chair so I figured it would help his aching back. I chose this model as it had shiatsu to help him with circulatory problems. This is a good quality product, but shiatsu is too painful for it. I've tried it myself and it's true that if the "massagers" hit the spine in the wrong place, it can hurt a little. He likes the vibration and heat function, but now he won't use them because the massage balls hurt him. Just thought I'd share this with others who are shopping for seniors.
