Review on 🩺 FUTURO Compression Stabilizing Breathable Medium MMM 349 by Scott Welch

This is my third Futuro palm rest. I have a night and a flexible beige that I used during the day. I bought this because it allows me to type and use a computer mouse, but it has a metal bar that keeps my wrist in a neutral position. I have found that simply holding the wrist in a neutral position (with support) greatly reduces wrist pain. The metal bar helps because even when I'm in front of the TV or on a plane, my wrist tends to flex into an awkward position. For example, when I cross my arms across my chest, my wrist flexes a lot as it presses against my body. Result: My wrist hurts. That's why I really like the nightly support. However, it gets really bulky, inconspicuous and hot in summer. I find this option perfect both during the day and at night.
