Update November 9, 2018 This company has incredible customer service and follow up. They sent a personal email addressing all the issues I had previously written about and included a redesigned product. The lid works great, it's much better quality, and the new mesh filter design and extra o-rings put it first. Very impressive! The Pro is bottle sized and the handles are well designed, thin enough to hold with ease. The size of the brewer is big enough to hold a few chunks of fruit/vegetable to get a good taste and the insert at the bottom of the bottle makes it easy to clean. Minus - the design of the lid is not very good. The clear plastic piece is so tight on the lid that it takes full hand strength to pry it open, resulting in both splatters and scratching the skin of your fingers. When open, the pop-up doesn't lower far enough to accommodate a drink. If the bottle then tilts forward, it won't stay in place and will fall forward onto your face! It's better to turn the bottle upside down and drink with the lid out of the way, but then the handles will come apart. With the best lid design, this could be a great product.
