Review on 🚗 Metra 99-7892 Dash Kit for Honda and Acura 90-01 by Brandon Plowden

I bought this kit to install a JVC KD-R200 in my 97 Accord 4dr Special Edition. This was to replace the OEM CD/AM/FM stereo. There were instructions in the kit which I followed with a little research on the internet to remove the old stereo. The installation guide was simple and clear. The kit provided a pretty solid installation. It's not nearly as reliable as an OEM stereo, but it's perfectly acceptable. I connected this to "Metra 70-1720 Radio Harness for Honda/Acura 86-98 Power 4 Speaker" for a clean install that didn't require me to cut the car's wiring. Installation took less than 90 minutes and it was my first try. I would recommend this kit to keep the original dashboard look and allow you to install without altering the car's original dashboard in any way.
