We bought this set of keys because we were only given 1 key when we bought our new Ford Escape. We took it to the dealer to have it cut and programmed. That didn't happen. The dealer said he couldn't program it but cut out part of the key so we could at least use it to lock and unlock the car. We don't know if the key isn't programmable or if the dealer was careless in programming it. So now we have unprogrammed keychains and we've spent over a hundred dollars on them!
