I bought a Dell thinking it would be compatible with my Dell laptop. First, the cable that came with it didn't fit my laptop's VGA port. I had to order an adapter cable to connect. But every time I started my laptop, the monitor said it couldn't see a signal. The only way to fix this was to unplug the power cord and connection cable from the back of the monitor, wait 10 seconds, and then plug them back in. EVERY FUCKING TIME! I gave 3 stars because the picture quality on the monitor was very good. But I had to go back. There was no customer support from the seller, Dell or Revain.
