Bought this computer for my wife who uses it mainly for shopping and social networking. I have had HP computers for many years and they have almost always been good products. This was easy to set up and installed Windows 10 with no problems. My wife got started with it quickly and the computer works well. Just a few questions: First, the number of "apps" from HP and Microsoft can be overwhelming and distracting from normal usage. Anything related to these areas seemed to require more information and time to set up. which often makes little sense for older users. Second, this computer didn't have a driver for our Canon Pixma printer (strange!). Our printer is fairly new and popular, and in order to connect it to my computer I had to download a driver from the Canon website. It was a smooth process, it just seemed funny that the driver wasn't pre-installed. But so far the overall impression is very good.
