What I got for my daughter was a rip off because she could only do lip gloss and other things failed. I can't believe what I got and the wax chips didn't work and she followed the instructions and still FAILED, she keeps wasting wax and she also only made 2 lip glosses and one is completely empty and she only has those left half of the base of the lips. Also, you can't just heat the wax base, which is a lot easier.
