Absolutely love this pan for homemade pizza. I’ve was using a regular round pan in the over and it wasn’t cooking pizza the way I wanted. I switched to a pizza stone and it did make the crust less "saggy” but I had to cook it for a long time to get that outcome (yes I preheated the pizza stone in the oven before using it). I’ve used this pizza pan twice now and it cooks the pizza perfectly. The bottom of the pizza stays straight when you pick up a slice and it doesn’t taste burnt at all. Love this pan for homemade pizza!
