I like that it is easy to use, with no coding required. It does all the hard work for us. We can focus on our own business logic instead of worrying about how to configure this product. The free plan supports up to 10 calls per second and $9/month support will get me additional resources when needed. There was nothing I disliked at first glance. It allows us to develop faster without having to worry about making sure we have endpoints configured correctly before testing against them. This saves us from needing to make changes after deployment.
