This overview refers to the landline version of Smart Call Blocker. A smart call blocker is a great way to stop incoming robocalls. If you can't press the # key, like all robots I know, you won't even be able to hear the bell sound. The problem is that when a friend calls from a cell phone, or someone from a large network like a hospital, that phone doesn't recognize the # key. Even the caller on the link can't get through. This phone does not work as described, tested by Vtech itself.
