That does not work. for Xbox 360

I have this to connect a Kinect 360 sensor to a PC. I tried two different Kinect sensors and two different computers. The sensors didn't turn on and the computers didn't recognize them. Nothing new in device manager, no messages, nothing. I installed the Kinect software.
