Ok good quality pants and buy but the extra large size didn't fit me. The sizing chart doesn't fit me, I'm almost 200lbs and I found a larger size would be better for abdominal compression and control. It sounds silly, but I have to wear my pants inside out to get the tummy control and compression I'm looking for. Choose big ones, especially if your goal is to exercise too much and shed a few pounds
