I bought this because of the good reviews and great features. The camera is excellent compared to the outdated model it replaced. However, the night vision could be greatly improved. The glare and reflections from the headlights completely blur the image, rendering the footage completely unusable when it needs to be reviewed. Daytime view is crystal clear and audio is very clear too, both front and rear cameras. the frustration is just beginning. This is very buggy on iOS with lots of crashes, freezes and necessary reboots. Even after pairing with the camera, it sometimes "forgot" my camera and I had to reset. The Alexa function (422gw which I bought for my wife) doesn't work no matter how many times we try to follow the installation instructions carefully. The SOS feature seems to work, but it's also a paid subscription. Map. I've tried two separate and expensive micro SD cards that meet all of Nextbase's specific requirements, to no avail. The camera just showed the message "Replace SD card with U3 quality SD card" (I had both U3, 64GB, c10, etc.). Eventually I had to give up and use a Nextbase brand SD card and magically the camera worked as expected.
