I wish I could rate this product better, but I just can't. I ordered my first pair from this company in a cute blue floral pattern in a size 10. When they arrived they were red and were a size 7.5. There were no papers in the box. Just boots in a plastic bag. I went back to my order to double check that I hadn't mixed anything up and everything was as I thought. I ordered a size 10 in blue with a floral pattern. So I had to repack them and send them back. Since their boots come in cute patterns and prints I decided to give it another try as it has to be a gift that I think the recipient will really enjoy. Shame on me for the second try. Now they showed they didn't match the style I had previously ordered so I ordered another pair in the red paisley print, again a size 10. This time the boots I brought were the correct style. , BUT in size 9. I give up. I would recommend that no matter how cute the boots look, you are aware of this negligence before ordering from this company.
