The customer support has been very kind, helpful & knowledgeable about this product! They have helped us navigate through some issues with our account as well!! I think it's because we are small businesses they really care that much for their customers. So far so good - No problems noticed yet by me or my clients. ! Nothing just great service all around 👍🏼😊 My clientele love being able get there laundry done quickly without having long waits like other laundromats do when you try doing them online before 10am-11 am.
