Edit: I finally got Mindreader and I can say that they are a friendly and helpful company who sent me a new item without me having to return the defective item. Unfortunately, I now believe that the poor condition of my original item was solely due to Revain's ridiculous quotas and poor stock management. In the future I will endeavor to purchase items directly from the manufacturer or from a retailer other than Revain. Original: My rating would be lower if it were possible. Item arrived torn and missing most of the assembly hardware such as bolts and screws. In an attempt to get a refund or replacement, Revain provided a link to a defunct customer support page on MindReader's website.
