Need lever door handles, not round ones (especially when my hands are full)

Leverage is much more convenient than round door handles, especially when my hands are full; The elbow works very well and opens the door with a lever handle. I like the color very much (was in the previous house). The main problem is that they were very easy to install with the right tools (which I have). I bought a fixer top and do most of the work myself; learned how to use many tools from his father or with the help of common sense. This purchase and use is not a problem for me.
