I like how easy it was to set up once we had our domain/hosting sorted out - great customer service as well! The support team has been fantastic at responding quickly (and often before they even have my request!) It's not perfect but getting there fast-ish every day now :) They do offer an enterprise version of their product if needed for larger companies / projects etc., which would be good when looking into this sorta thing in future too though. We are using them mainly internally so haven't really seen any problems yet other than some minor issues here or there related to DNS records being wrong initially after setting everything else up correctly. Nothing major just something small things where maybe more details should've come along sooner rather then later?
