The sound quality is terrible: choose a known brand instead
There was a lot of background noise when using this adapter. It's technically workable, but it's a horrible experience and probably bad for your hearing. I throw this one away. In the end I went with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LXFKSNA (yes, it costs a lot more :( ) which offers two Lightning connectors so I use my regular audio headphones. from https: //www .amazon.com/gp/product/B01LXJFMGF and I get good quality and phone charging at the same time.
