Great product and very very useful. I attached my dog's harness to it and just left it there 24/7 ready for when Tali rides with us in my 4Runner. It's strong and well made. The width of the straps is more than adequate, which I think is better than being too short, but I can't imagine a vehicle needing as many straps as it should. We packed it up and left it hanging by a door. My second seat grab rails are far enough forward and the dog harness doesn't shorten enough for Tali to squeeze a little between the front seats. It's not really a problem, but I would like to shorten the buckle strap a bit. This is not a design flaw, my 4Runner is designed that way. I recommend it - our dog seems to be fine too.
