Dark hair and pale skin
I have dark hair but pale skin so it's quite noticeable when my armpits aren't shaved. I've been using it for a few months now and although I still have to shave every day I can definitely tell a difference as my hair seems to regenerate more slowly so the next time I shave it's not so thick or obvious is I need to shave. Again, it probably won't work if you have hair like mine (I shave every day here), but at least it makes it grow a little slower.
