Review on TYC 620550 Cherokee Replacement Condenser by Howie Broyles

I kept hearing a horrible noise in the engine bay when the A/C was on. I was sure that the compressor was defective. I used a mechanical stethoscope to listen to various components and was relieved to discover that it was my electric fan. Apparently he was on his deathbed. This replacement was a perfect fit for the 1996 Jeep Cherokee. Installation took about 30 minutes, of which 10 minutes was spent locating heads for two bolts in the radiator (10mm and something else). Much better fan blade design (obviously licensed from Bosch), Taiwanese made (good quality electric motors). I bought this despite the higher price as it was made in Taiwan. It definitely pushes a lot more air and is very quiet.
