UPGRADE to 4 stars for customer service. They break too easily, but the support team is always ready to help. They only send you one screen protector but if you ruin it they will send you another one as a courtesy. Excellent customer service. I just hope I don't break the second one. Broke during installation, as many have already written. It adheres very well to the screen, making it very difficult to remove and reposition if it sticks prematurely. I've always hated glass screen protectors for this very reason. I will continue to use PET screen protectors. Just looking for fewer fingerprints and scratches, I don't expect my NAV screen to crack.
