The cable was received quite quickly. The packaging looked genuine and the cable appeared to be of really good quality. More than I expected for what I paid. Upon further investigation, the male end of the cable was loose, causing some connectivity and interference issues. Because of the price and the fact that it basically served its purpose, I needed it because I just accepted it. The next day I get a personal email from Kinps customer service asking about the cable etc. I was honest and told her that Kinps appears to be a company that will not accept substandard goods, it seems I have a bad example of this. Didn't think about a return or exchange but the next email I received was the tracking number for my replacement. In the same week I received another cable in the same quality packaging. Everything was perfect this time. After some abuse I can wholeheartedly recommend Kinps for outstanding quality and excellent customer service.
