I like that you can have as many servers running at once in order to keep your costs down, or if it's just one game then having more than 1 is not necessary (although this could be used for other purposes).

The support team are very helpful when they answer questions but sometimes there may seem to take time before an email gets answered so make sure someone else isn't waiting! If cost was no object we would use them all day every single week because their prices are unbeatable compared to others out there who offer similar services - especially considering how much better customer service works here too. We're using these guys primarily for our minecraft games which run 24/7 without issue even during peak hours of traffic usage across Europe & US markets simultaneously.
