Review on 🚰 KOHLER GP1068030 Fill Valve Assembly, 1-Pack, Enhanced SEO by Tyler Gannamani

Seems to have solved the original valve's leakage problem but this metal one has lasted almost 20 years. Will consider it lucky if it even lasts 5 years. One of the other reviewers was very helpful and explained that you would probably have to drill a small hole for the water to exit into the tank. It has to be a manufacturer error and it's definitely annoying, apart from the fact that they didn't bother to include the fill tube and bracket (those parts weren't part of the original for some reason either, but they really are needed for this. new IMHO). Luckily my local Ace hardware store sells them as a small kit and I didn't have to buy a whole new float assembly just for these parts.
