Great Phone System For Accounting Departments

You can view historical data of calls placed and calls received. You can also view your caller location information and all your call locations. The system is slow to load and sometimes requires a restart. Do your research, it's expensive. The other party on the other line can see how long you are on the phone. This can be a problem when a customer does not want to hang up on a representative. You can also place a hold on a representative for future help. I like that it allows me to do so much with this software, especially when it comes to my client's accounts. It also helps keep track of all calls made for each account in an organized manner. There are some glitches here and there but nothing major or anything you couldn't figure out yourself if needed. This has been very helpful in keeping up with our customer service department as well as accounting department and their work load.

  • Can use several features without purchasing additional licenses; such uses include calling lists &/or recording audio notes while taking down info during those recorded sessions
