Well I got them before my training and can't say if they really do anything. I'm not sure if it's due to lack of sleep or just time, but it seems to me that sometimes I don't feel anything and sometimes I do. The flavor has a bit of a vitamin flavor, but that's a risk you take with amino acid supplements. I also feel like I've had better results with other pre-workouts when it comes to mixing with water. I always have undissolved product at the bottom of the blender (even when using room temperature water).
