I already wrote a letter to the warranty department of the store, but it’s good that I didn’t take it right away, most likely they would have dried out in a few days. DO NOT let even a small amount of moisture get on the remote control or wire, not the fact that another time it will work again. The funny thing is that the headphones that were before (Sennheiser Momentum Free) have much better moisture protection, despite the fact that there is no splash protection as such. (at the point where the cable enters the remote control and the battery pack there are tight rubber bands that crimp the cable very well) However, they could not survive an hour of washing in a washing machine))) By the way, their sound was also better, not much, but the difference was noticeable. But at the price they were more expensive (I took at the beginning of sales for 7000) Still, it’s a sin to complain about the sound of headphones for 2500, it is really worthy for such a price. (this price came from 1000 accumulated bonuses in Online Trade) I will not change the assessment, despite the fact that the device is back in service, since I bought headphones specifically with WATER PROTECTION, but it is not everywhere there.
