It was a waste of time and money, plus I was adding harmful chemicals to my hair for next to nothing. Inside is a 20V developer which I usually prefer for lightening. My hair was already quite blonde, similar to the "before" color on the box, but the "after" I received was far from what was advertised. It brought almost nothing. I used it as directed, soaking my hair fully and leaving it on for the recommended 45 minutes max. My hair looks pretty much the same as before, albeit a little more damaged, and now I have to wait before coming back to try again. I wanted to go light TODAY but since this product didn't work I have to wait now or risk further damage to my hair. I think coloring and processing hair is not for the impatient. I was able to save my money, my time, my energy and even the water I used to wash it off. Not recommended if you don't want a very light lift, plan on lightening in a few weeks or if your hair is already very light to begin with.
