The screen is highly fragile; after it was dropped on the stone floor, a large number of pixels suddenly stopped working. After a year of regular use, charging issues first started to arise (the computer does not see it). It is in the user's best interest to prevent the battery from being entirely discharged. PS I do not lament the decision to buy this particular model. Many advantages: Substantial storage space, excellent battery life, pleasant design, excellent radio reception, and good sound with a five-band equalization that can be entirely customized. These are some downsides: Unsuccessful file organization (cannot create playlists); supports only ID3 tags; without them, only English track names will be signed; not intended for watching movies and pictures (this is simply inconvenient); it can only be charged from the computer, which is a major source of frustration for me; hours that aren't comfortable, and no shutdown timer.
