This is the coolest and most futuristic water bottle ever! Gorgeous colors and solid workmanship convinced me of this product. I specifically tested whether the bottle could hold cold water with ice for 24 hours and hot water for 24 hours as the company claims. Read on if you are interested. So I filled the bottle to the brim with ice cubes and then added water until it was full. The temperature reading was 40 degrees. I installed it on my patio at 3:10pm on August 15th and it was 90 degrees outside at the time. I've only opened it a few times to check the progress. At 2:30pm on August 16th I went outside to see if there was any ice left - again the outside temperature was 90 degrees. As you can see in my picture there was a tiny piece of ice left after almost 24 hours outdoors in hot Georgia weather. I didn't drink water until a little later, and even though the piece of ice was gone, the water still tasted icy and the display showed 45 degrees. At 4pm the same day I refilled the bottle, this time with hot water. The display shows 170 degrees at the hottest. I put the tea bag inside along with the small piece of metal and left it on the dining table. My house is about 70 degrees. At 4:30am today, August 17th, I checked the bottle and it read 122 degrees. In my experience, if you make sure the lid is tight, it's airtight. The only time I ever saw even a small leak was when I put my tea bag in and left the string hanging with the lid closed and then turned the bottle upside down. It seems that some water droplets are absorbed into the string and evaporate. I'm obviously very pleased with how this bottle keeps liquids hot and cold. I don't particularly care about the battery or the fact that it shows temperature. Seems to last a long time and even if she dies the water bottle itself is great;
