Help Lightening: easy to use remote training software for team members!
I like how easy it is for employees of different companies to collaborate from home or remote locations through this software! It also allows our team members to take advantage of training opportunities without traveling far away from their office. Sometimes there are issues where we have trouble logging into another user if they don't use Microsoft Office 365 as an email service provider. We've been able to solve these problems by switching over to Airmail. If you're looking for a platform that can allow your business partners to get things done from afar while helping them feel more comfortable at home, then check out Help Lightening. Our staff loves being able to train remotely using this program! By having access to real time training materials, our managers/employees will be better equipped to handle any situations that might arise when working off site with clients.
