I have bought several handheld massagers but this one is my favorite. Most others only have one or two airbags or rollers, so there are few real options (although they claim there are many due to slightly different modes). It has airbags around the arm that give more control. For example, you can use the Bluetooth app to massage just your fingers, palms, or wrists. I also like the bluetooth app which allows you to customize the massage in many different ways. As mentioned, it's designed for small hands. They call it a "women's handheld massager" but it's actually a "small handheld massager" for both sexes.
