Being a life counselor, I place a premium on having open lines of communication and providing excellent service to my clients. My time spent with KEYPOWER, sadly, did not live up to the lofty standards I had set for it. When the package arrived with the items that I had purchased from their online store, I discovered that one of the items was broken. After I contacted their customer support team, they were slow to respond and gave the impression that they were uninterested in finding a solution to the problem. It took a few exchanges of emails back and forth before I received any kind of reaction, and even after that, the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Due to the manner in which they dealt with the circumstance, I was left feeling both frustrated and disappointed. Anyone who is interested in doing business with KEYPOWER should be informed that the company has terrible customer service, despite the fact that their product selection and quality may be satisfactory. Unfortunately, my experience with KEYPOWER did not live up to my expectations in terms of how much I was respected as a customer and how well I was heard by the company.
