For starters my item was missing a grip screw. However, I was a bit frustrated when I contacted the seller. He replied the same day and sent me replacement screws with a tool to fix them. They seemed very nice and supportive of their product. Overall I really like the product, it's cheap and looks durable. I also like using it for wedding shoots because it doesn't require batteries and fewer things to keep track of compared to a motorized gimbal. . It's okay if you just shoot at it all the time. However, if you need to remove the camera to change the setup to a tripod or monopod, it wastes valuable time unscrewing it from the gimbal and then mounting it on the next setup.
